• Pricing: Our services are priced start at ¥7200.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accommodate a variety of payment methods for our customers’ convenience. This includes Credit cards, local bank transfers, and transactions via third-party platforms.
• Payment Processing: Credit card payments and transactions via third-party platforms are processed immediately. In contrast, local bank transfers should be executed within 3 days from the date of order, unless specified otherwise.

Service and Billing Protocols:

• Billing Cycle: Customers opting for monthly payment plans will be billed upfront every month. Kindly note, these payments are non-refundable.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Modifications in your plan during a monthly billing cycle will reflect in charges on the subsequent billing cycle. For yearly plans, immediate adjustments will be made prorated for the remaining duration of the cycle.
• Taxes and Additional Fees: All mentioned fees exclude any taxes, levies, or duties. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.
• Delivery: Services are rendered immediately upon payment completion.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We strive to offer utmost clarity in our billing processes:
– No refunds or credits are provided for partial service durations, changes in service levels, or unused months for active accounts.
– Transitioning from a monthly to a yearly billing cycle will lead to a full year’s bill on the upcoming monthly billing date.
